We provide an end-to-end service to streamline the process of getting your data from where its currently stored, into the KPI reports and dashboards you need.

There are 3 key stages to this process: extraction of the data from your current system using APIs or specialist integration tools, transformation of that data using an ETL process (extract, transform, load) from its current format into the format required, and population of your custom dashboards using Power BI in our cloud-based platform.

Typically, each stage would have a cost associated with it, which would vary based on the specific process. Our solution packages those costs together, to deliver an overall cost efficiency.

We provide an enterprise level solution for businesses who may not otherwise be able to access them, due to cost or available expertise. We anticipate a cost saving of at least 30% and frequently of 50% or above against buying these various services directly or separately.

No, we act as your outsourced BI team, delivering all your reporting and KPI requirements. You don’t need extra finance or IT colleagues.

We connect to your existing software and extract data from them, using APIs or connectors. You can also input data directly through your browser using our cloud forms.

We aim to go live within 6 weeks. If we don’t deliver your first dashboards within 6 weeks, your first month is free.

Accurate data and timely data capture are critical for our dashboards to be effective. There’s no getting around that. However, we can work with you to triage your data and see where the quick wins are. Where data is not currently good quality or being captured effectively, we can make recommendations on how to improve that, and work with you to achieve what you can. There will always need to be some work on both sides to achieve the best results.

Once we have extracted your data, we use a process called ETL to get in into the format needed to use it for your reports. Your data is hosted in a secure Microsoft Azure data warehouse.
